Pros
- best software product on the market for "back office" applications. Mature code-base means very stable product. But target market ensures that the product is constantly expanding - so never dull - flexible working - they are willing to consider part-time and flex-time hours - great people - some of the most intelligent I've worked with and they all have a great attitude - no office politics - everyone is on the same side and shares information to ensure the company is successful - chance for travel to one of several offices around the globe
Cons
There are very few. It is a small company, so if you are the sort of person who likes rules and regulations and prefers to hide in a big company then this isn't for you
