Awesome place to work and grow! - Marketing Coordinator Tortuga Marketing Employee Review

There are so many pros to working at Tortuga. Although I am new to the team, I have learned so much during my time here, and I am eager to learn more. Each day is a new opportunity to work on interesting tasks and grow as a professional. I have had a lot of different job roles while working for other companies in the past, but I really feel like I'm apart of an important team at Tortuga. Everyone I work with has a positive attitude and are all around great people to collaborate with. As far as work and life balance, I am able to manage both effortlessly! I do work remotely which has been both rewarding and a challenge (because its new to me), but I still get so much guidance from management and the opportunity to work in the office from time to time. The support I get means a lot to me.
