      Set schedule Good pay for location No "bosses"/Only Leaders

      Cons

      Some workers only do bare minimum and you are left doing stuff they shoulda done. Some workers lean on the side of border-line bullies. Nothing to go tell on them for but better have thick skin.

      Pros

      They will have to drag me out by feet kicking and screaming, I love the atmosphere, I love the culture, I love my duties, I love being able to have a job I can leave at the end of each day feeling accomplished knowing I impacted someone’s life.

      Cons

      There a large work load, & our team is small, but we are a well oiled machine & compensated for this- so I don’t think it’s really a con.
