Pros

-opportunity to wear a lot of different hats - I learned skills I didn't expect to learn, especially for marketing -work environment was flexible, easygoing, all employees were friendly and fun -team building times were always a blast -offers a lot of training opportunities

Cons

-there was a lot of talk about how the company is a 'family' and 'there for each other' - before two employees were laid off -- this practice is not atypical, but it contradicted the 'family' values management espoused so much -hard to talk to management about concerning issues

Pros

Total Phase has an interesting company environment: it's been around for 10 years, so it has the stability and resources of a larger company, and yet, it still has a small company vibe. There's very little bureaucracy and projects can get green-lighted quickly. Job responsibilities are quite varied, and there is a lot to learn. Its got a lot of well-rounded and smart employees and everyone gets along. The company also offers monthly happy hours, bagel Fridays, lunchtime BBQs, and off-site events.

Cons

Being a smaller company can have its drawbacks, especially on the infrastructure side. Process documentation can be improved. IT issues can take a bit of time to get resolved.

Pros

It has a competitive salary for recent college graduates You are able to speak with the executives very often The job is really what you make of it The other employees are really great

Cons

Everybody is very unhappy with the jobs The management is very, very poor While you can speak with the executives, it's very clear that they don't care The products they make are very niche in the test and measurement category but there is insufficient training to understand them very well
