      Pros

      Good benefits (fully-paid medical!) Great people. Awesome software product,TRM RulesManager Studio, that is well-known in the Maximo community.

      Cons

      Less internal training resources then some other companies (Mostly rely on already trained personnel). Small company so tough to move-up. Lessons learned and process documentation is scattered through company servers and people. (Again relies on the quality of the people to deliver high quality results)

      Leadership changes operational approach and org chart every 12/16 months. Leadership team has no capacity to motivate or unleash the value of employees human capital.
