      If you like false promises of advancement opportunities this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Pay is low, benefits are too expensive, HR does nothing for the employees. If you show up on time everyday, never miss anytime and work had every single day you might be able to keep your job here for at least a year at most. Favoritism runs rapid here as well.

      Pros

      Delivery on what's promised. Top of the class in competence and execution. They absolutely understand how to delivery on gross margin and top line revenue targets.

      Cons

      So many opportunities to help clients out, unfortunately many prospects don't understand how they can improve their margins by working with them. It is an educational process for some to learn how to properly work with the company.
