Very nice company, owners, management. Be prepared for a completely paperless environment. If you are unable to multi-task with many screens and use no paper, you will not succeed. If not for those things, I would not have left. If this is easy for you, it's a nice place to work.

It's extremely difficult to focus on the customer and conversation to accurately qualify for products when managing multiple screens with no ability to take a single written note and there is no wrap up time when the dialer is going during power hours?
Accrued PTO cannot be used for 1 year. This is way behind any standard I've ever seen.
Invest in your employees up front rather than trying them on for size before you invest in them. If you hire the right people, this will pay off.
