      Coworkers are amazing, excellent people. Your salary increment very fast. Salary are up about the average. Every 8 months you salary increment

      Cons

      Be careful with the CEO and CAO they are married and can make your life a disaster. Don't pay extra hours

      Pros

      Good environment to work. Mostly young and nice people as coworkers. Scrum framework used for managing development, really fun to work with that.

      Cons

      Not in paysheet (no practitioner is in it). No benefits (no practitioner has any).
