Pros

Team are friendly and there's autonomy on the projects due to the size of the company. Opportunities to learn in a small organisation.

Cons

Senior leadership keeps things between themselves with little to no transparency with the team. Poor leadership and decision making with stubborn choices over the business model have led to 3 rounds of redundancies over consecutive years. Whilst the product is a good idea, the inability to make decisions, insisting on a membership model and a lack of ability to change with competitors adapting has led to these redundancies. There tends to be a blame game over decisions when something doesn't go right and this coupled with the boys club at the top creates a toxic atmosphere which makes it hard to like working there.

Pros

I love working at TouchNote! All of my coworkers are great people, we get along really well and have fun offsite events all the time. It is also a place where you're challenged to do your best work and to contribute in many different ways. There are always new projects/challenges to tackle and you are given the tools to succeed by management, who is always willing to help however they can. The work-life balance is great as well, with a lot of freedom to get work done outside the office if necessary, and a great vacation policy. As long as you get your work done you are given a ton of freedom!

Cons

None that I can think of right now
