      The huge workload means you learn a lot very quickly

      Cons

      Ridiculous workload, no consideration for employees mental health, they will pile on the pressure!

      Pros

      The company is always pushing the envelope with new ideas and ventures. You are looked after and have support available all around you. Incredibly welcoming company.

      I am yet to find any cons with this company.
