Pros

Good Pay. They have insurance and cover most of it.

Cons

The insurance is terrible. The management has no training. The owners are too proud to change anything, take care of their employees, care about what others have to say. They don't like to keep Americans around because many workers are Eastern European and they speak Russian much of the time. It's a headache.

Pros

They seemed nice. Called me on a Sunday afternoon and wanted me to interview right away so we set something up on Monday. They told me I was overqualified and decided to offer me a position that was more suited to my skill set. I was told they didn’t want to waste my talents on a low level position.

Cons

Unfortunately, I didn’t hear back from them. Not at least until I called, texted and emailed them. Even then, nothing but excuses. Ultimately, the position was put on hold and this was weeks later. The fact that the CFO prefers woman was a red flag as well.
