Pros
They allow for overtime but it's minimal. You can drive their Tesla's and avoid having to use your car and rack up high mileage.
Cons
This company is poorly run and has been part of several class action lawsuits. It has a habit of getting rid of drivers for minor infractions while others who have clearly violated rules get to stay onboard. Most cars have damage to the outside frame. Your scheduled hours can change very quickly, and you are then working shifts that you didn't agree to on days that you didn't sign up for, Healthcare offered to you is not good at all. During my tax filings for 2025 this company failed to send me the correct form and resent the corrected one months later. There were always more rules popping up on a daily basis and it's laughable because the company doesn't seem to have many rules when it comes to running a successful company.
