      If you work from home you can basically do what you want as long you do the work. if you keep up to date you'll find you have hours of free time.

      Cons

      if you fall behind you'll stay there with little to no help. if you get too far ahead in work you'll be asked to do others work for no extra pay.

      Pros

      Unparalleled life work balance. Very reasonable timelines and expectations, more than sustainable workload. The systems are in a reasonably good condition. Great office location in Auckland.

      Cons

      The management is not the strongest on the planet and not immune from making poor decisions. The culture is such that it allows junior to scream their random ideas.
