Awful Company - Account Coordinator Towergate Health & Protection Employee Review

Terrible dated offices with clutter everywhere and dirty. Very little employee benefits. Workloads are immense without recognition or rewards. (Only sales people are rewarded) you are expected to work more than your contracted hours for no pay otherwise you are not seen as being "passionate" and are snubbed. Unprofessional and aggressive line manager (bully!) and old school upper management who are out of touch with their employees. I will never go back!!
