Pros
Traceable is building a mission-critical product for the industry as a whole. Great product, tons of responsibilities and autonomy, and clear direction. Extremely open-minded leadership. They are not stuck to a narrow outlook. If customers are asking for something, it'll be built. And it will be built on par or better than the existing products. Brilliant people with a no-bullshit attitude. Easily a decacorn in the making.
Cons
As with any startup, the work can be stressful. I have seen people getting rewarded for putting in long hours / taking late night calls to solve a customer problem. While it's commendable, it would be good if such things aren't rewarded on a daily basis and not brought in as part of the culture. Work-life balance is important, so people don't burn out and leave.
