Poor Management - Anonymous Tracer Employee Review

Very poor management. Very disorganized. They keep claiming they are a startup when they've been around for almost 10 years. Some managers shift their faults to to those working under them. Management doesn't take responsibility when things go wrong. Standards are not held the same throughout the company because certain employees can do whatever they want. No upward mobility prospects.
