I love Appdetex. I have always loved Appdetex since the minute I came through the door. During the whole of this time, 6 years of my life, I have known nothing but the most cordial and caring relationships from both colleagues and superiors alike. To REALLY know your employer and to know they care about you and are invested in your success, continually advocate for you at every opportunity; This is Appdetex. I once thought it impossible to truly "love" work, in the traditional sense. How wrong I was. I love my work at Appdetex because I am passionate about helping people and this is what we do for each other and our clients. By the very nature of our labor, we make the world a safer place by securing online spaces and brands. Safer from all manner of untoward behavior. Our clients are incredible people at equally great companies. We share special relationships where synchronicity, service, and software, combine to produce favorable outcomes. Our engineers are among the best and brightest. Do you know what it is like to be one of the first people to get to use cutting edge software, developed in-house? This happens at Appdetex and the experience is indescribable. The possibilities for upward mobility are ubiquitous, a cottage industry here. Myself and so many of my colleagues have watched our careers take off. It is a beautiful thing to see people growing and succeeding together. The company empowers me with a sense of agency, placing me in the best positions to achieve the best outcomes for my clients. Again, what a blessing! We are constantly looking for ways to improve and in this I have experienced more personal and professional growth in my years here, than the sum of my life. Never once have I wanted for anything here, rather, I receive so much from my job, I am constantly motivated to find additional ways to give back to the organization. To make good on what Appdetex has done for me is a joy I can little note nor describe using the economy of words. What I love about Appdetex’s culture: It is open and affirming. Appdetex elevates me, my peers by allowing us to create outcomes which help our clients and the public. There is a consciousness of caring that flows through the company. We HAVE fun, we innovate, we trailblaze, we find creative solutions where before none existed. We give back to the community of Boise at every opportunity. We are good stewards of the responsibilities entrusted to us and are extremely well considered and thoughtful in our approaches. Culture continued: The leadership team, managers, esteemed colleagues: I have the very best mentors, teachers, and friends at Appdetex. They share their knowledge freely, always. The learning process for me never stops. To those of you who question whether a job can be fun, whether you can love it, whether you can have a purpose driven career: YOU CAN!! I have never had more fun in my life. It is quite possible to be a good corporate steward and have fun in the workplace. We have incredible times together, at picnics, every other Friday company BBQs, playing a game of ping pong, exchanging pleasantries with colleagues who care about you and you them, team outings, holiday gatherings. When I walk into the office in the morning, the first person I see brings a huge smile to my face and this sets the tone for my day. There is no existential crisis in my life for I have purpose and fulfillment in my career. To truly love what I do and who I work with, work for, is a blessing. I know this blessing, one of the greatest I have and will ever know. All that I could ever want for in a job is here and it is my extreme privilege to be a part of such a great organization.
