      Pros

      Loved the people I worked with Semi decent benefits Monday-Friday Casual dress code (jeans) Mostly independent work No micromanaging (my department) Ability to work from home in case of emergency sickness etc.

      Cons

      No room for growth (unless you’re the favorite) HUGE turnover from; Lack of communication No promotion opportunities No training (because no one stays long enough to actually fully learn or teach processes) Shady upper management

      Pros

      Senior leadership had put a few programs in place that brought information together and was user friendly. The support for 1st line management was out in place and helped move new sop to field operations, creating a smoother more positive work environment.

      Cons

      Most of the cons were just missing levels of management for long a period, which was corrected . The back billing was overwhelming and took a toll on the company as whole at all levels.
