Pros
One of the best things about this job is the people and office culture. It's very warm and welcoming, with lots of laughs and positive vibes. Everyone is extremely supportive of each other inside and outside of work, and it truly feels like a family.
The work-life balance is excellent. You are always pushed to do your best during work hours, but never once have I felt pressured to pull hours outside of work. Our moto "work hard, play hard" is very accurate.
I feel like I'm actually valued at doing my job. I'm a fresh graduate from college so I was expecting to get into a job where I was constantly told what to do. At TrackFive it's completely different. My opinions matter and my ideas are brought to life. Not only that, but our awesome CEO really values training his employees, so I can constantly learn and flourish in this position.
The CEO is really great. His door is always open for whatever you need and will answer any question you might have, even if it's a random question like what his favorite color is. He interacts with all of his employees and makes sure to call out employees when they do something spectacular.
I am very thankful to have found a job at such an excellent company right out of school.
Cons
Sometimes it can get a little distracting in the office area in terms of noise. Generally I pop in headphones and can get in the zone that way. I think as we grow as a company we might need to figure out a new layout to help departments get away from some of the noise/distractions.
