Great time to work at TrackR. It's a very different company than it was a year ago.
The company is at an inflection point and poised for rapid growth. As my former boss at another company told me recently, at this moment TrackR is the hot company in Santa Barbara. The management team is solid. The marketing team is solid. The company is quickly growing and is adopting professional standards. Tons of opportunity for growth within the company.
Cons
Dealing with legacy home-grown systems and processes that are slow to go away. A lot of talk of being data-driven. A lot of ignoring information which challenges preconceived notions. Then again, that's pretty normal for many companies, just very pronounced in a fast growing company. Long hours - but then again, it's a start-up.
