Pros
Provide a good opportunity to people who are willing to put in extra work when needed. Pays well and provides challenging work with a family-oriented atmosphere.
Cons
Too many managers with unclear roles. Nature of the business creates uncertain job security when the market is bad. Contract position so there are no benefits and you get paid a day rate.
