Pros

The company has operated as a remote‑first organization—though that model appears to be changing soon. The team consists mostly of supportive, collaborative colleagues.

Cons

Over the past five to eight months, many of the positive reviews on Glassdoor have stemmed from the company encouraging certain employees to post feedback on this site. It was noted that negative reviews were beginning to impact recruitment efforts. During the last few years the organization has undergone numerous changes—some necessary, but many that have eroded morale and the overall spirit of the workplace (mass layoffs, for example). For former TrackTik employees, the shift in corporate culture feels like a 180‑degree turn: moving from a youthful, optimistic, “can‑do” environment to a more traditional, conservative atmosphere where risk‑taking is discouraged and staff are more focused on playing it safe for job security, than experimenting with new ideas to improve processes. Turnover has been high everywhere but especially within the sales team. Additionally, rapid outsourcing to Poland occurred without thorough planning, leaving several departments in disarray.

Pros

Remote work environment but that’s it.

Cons

This is probably the worse ran organization I’ve ever worked for.
