Pros

As a manager, I’ve always felt trusted without being micromanaged, supported without being judged. There’s a sense of ease in how people work together, no unnecessary pressure, just a bunch of genuinely good people trying to do good work. The team is fun, approachable, and real. You can have a serious discussion one minute and laugh over something random the next. That mix makes even busy days feel lighter while keeping everything on track! You’re expected to deliver, yes, but not at the cost of your sanity. Honestly, it’s one of those places where you don’t drag yourself to work; you actually look forward to what's next throughout the day. If you like taking charge and not just merely being a follower, this is the place to be.

Cons

Interdepartmental collaborations can be better as every team has a part to play, and other teams can be more receptive to others' opinions.

Pros

Leaving the company at the right time.

Cons

Toxic company with very poor management in the Marketing department, especially in the paid marketing team. There is no leadership or decision-making ability, which leads to a lack of professionalism from the managers. They get personal about your life, causing mental health issues that affect your overall well-being. They provide no clear guidance on what to do or what not to do; they themselves seem clueless. It is one of the worst workplaces to work in, with no clear instructions on what to work on or where to focus only clutter. The behavior is the worst, with no two-way communication. You are not allowed to speak or ask questions without risking trouble. The management style is terrible; it’s unclear how they were made managers, as they seem to know nothing about how a professional organization should operate.
