Pros

- Having work in previous music companies of all sizes I think T&F does a great job in terms of giving employees a lot of freedom to work and opportunities to grow. - It is also a very diverse and international team, which is interesting. - Improvements are being made and visible in training and management.

Cons

- Managing people with different work cultures is difficult, people have different expectations, so an international team also comes with challenges. - Team culture could be more nourished with more in person conversations in the office and get togethers. - Work life balance is no different than any other music company that works in advertising, not extreme, but not the dream hours. However if it is your dream job you also know how it is like. - Office could be more vibrant.

Pros

- some nice colleagues - possibility to build network within the industry

Cons

- toxic atmosphere in the office - unclear requirements from the management side with a "don't ask stupid questions" attitude - no such thing as teamwork: management prefers people to work against each other rather than together, unless someone needs you to do something for them - heavy hierarchical feel despite a small team - no learning and growth opportunities - no work-life balance - low salaries - no endorsement from the management - feels like ideas are invested in and developed without thinking them through; the team doesn't have a chance to discuss them beforehand; constant run after what's "cool" rather than strengthening the niche and what the company is good at; no set values - outdated system and website - extremely high staff rotation, which doesn't seem to bother anyone - feels like employees are the last that matters
