      Pros

      Salary and bonus and some nice colleagues

      Cons

      Misleading and dishonest management without any ethics, they pretend to put people first but very quick to let go at earliest opportunity, Coronavirus was maliciously used as excuse to get rid of most Leeds office staff and move jobs to Denmark instead , a very arrogant and bullying CCO, it's only the money that's keeping people there.

      We are sad to hear your review. We have made some significant changes with the set-up in the UK since the Sales Associate team was based there and are striving towards encapsulating our culture as strongly in all offices globally, not just HQ.

      Amazing people work there! Cross functional team collaboration

      Cons

      Compensation Work load Company always work lean. Never hires enough people to get the work done. Need to be a YES person.
