Pros
Management is one of the main reasons I joined this company, the VP of Sales is probably one of the most down-to-earth managers I've worked for. He knows exactly who our target customers are and the pain points we can solve. He pushes you and challenges how you sell, making me become a better salesperson. Working within the Traction on Demand company means our company gets the support required financially, so all of the top tech stack is here, but there's so much opportunity here as if it was a startup. The product is rock solid, there's a clear issue that we fix at some of the largest, exciting companies out there, including Zoom, DocuSign, Logitech, and we've only just scratched the surface.
Cons
With it being the child company of Traction on Demand, it can sometimes feel like our deals are slightly more insignificant than theirs, especially when they work on much larger deals. This can sometimes lead to Traction Complete feeling like a "nice to have" requirement when working with their team. Our deal sizes are slowly creeping up, which may shift the balance a bit. As with any startup company, not everything is completely organized, but that adds to the fun of the job. See something that we should be working on? Speak up and try to solve it.
