great company - Sales Traction Employee Review

Everyone is very wonderful to work with.

There are no cons, great place.

i enjoyed the work I did. Interacting with customers was great. The pay was alright. Benefits were ok.

Management at the store level was non existent. Upper management did nothing of substance to rectify the situation. As long as the store was turning a profit they just let it slide failing to realize that the profit was a result of the front line employees and Outside Salesman. Under staffed. Lazy and rude delivery drivers.
