- There are nearly no possibilities to grow and develop further for the people in the customer service at Tractive, even if they tell you otherwise during the interview. It might have been different 5-6 years ago, but this is certainly not the case now. Great people with experience and skills have been in the same role for years and are understandablly demotivated. The few promotions were mostly for teamleader roles within the department and were done in a very intransparent and unprofessional way. No internal job postings or announcements, but they directly picked the people for the role without letting other people in the team know that there was a position to be filled. Not to mention when they hired an external teamleader while there would have been plenty of people in the team who would have suited much better to the role. A good company needs to support their employees' growth and career perspective, and this is definitely not the case at Tractive.
- Dogs are not allowed in the office, but only in the dog area outdoors where they would be unattended unless someone works outside with the laptop. This is very ironic for a company selling products for dogs and cats and advertising as pet lovers. There are plenty of companies allowing dogs in the office, so this would definitely be possible.
- Fake positivity.
