Pros
TradeRev was great before the pandemic. We had a start-up feel throughout the company and a great culture. Everything felt like it was running smoothly. Post-pandemic, working from home is a great benefit.
Cons
The current business is all over the place, the whole industry is unorganized and unstable. So much money is being wasted and not invested back to us, the people holding it all together. Pay is low for a tech company.
