People who have been willing to roll up their sleeves and tackle the challenges at this company have gained great knowledge of the industry and have moved on to good positions at other companies. Upper management has been willing to give a shot to trade desk staff who've had a troubled past and disclosures that may make it difficult to get work elsewhere.

This company experienced a very difficult startup and was forced to find staff willing to accept a low salaries with the promise of future benefit. Unfortunately and mainly due to financial struggles, this company has a past of empty promises to hard-working and talented people at the trade desk manager, FINOP, and CCO positions as well as people working as software developers and systems staff.
