Additionally, the management team is ethical and easy to talk to with open door policies. Company culture is open to change and is willing to try new processes and technologies. Traffix offers a great work life balance. Employees are kind and always willing to help.
Cons
Traffix is a manufacturing company so working from home is not always possible as one cannot manufacture from home. That being said where possible work from home is accommodated as much as possible.
