Pros
the culture is good, people are nice
Cons
Management: unqualified people working in management making project incredibly hard to execute. they don't listen to what we have to say, voice our opinion on how the project can be streamlined for proficiency. "That's how things are done here" is the motto at the company, and obviously it's not a healthy way to work. oftentimes it felt like you supposed to stuck your head down and do as you are told even if it's doesn't work in the end. The work: Upper management will make you do an unreasonable amount of revisions before consulting to the client who sayings matters the most, and this leads to horrible time management throughout the whole team, slow projects down. The fact that as an artist you can't talk directly to the client, but have to go through 2 people in order to ask a simple question makes you raise an eyebrow
