      Pros

      I worked with a few great people, but many of them moved on to new opportunities.

      Cons

      Leadership was always very vague on direction but then quick to call you out publicly if you didn't match what they expected. The culture was very poor with some obvious favoritism and micromanaging that comes from the very top.

      Pros

      It was a good paycheck for the mindless work it became once you learned everything. They kept those key personnel working when times get slow. Very open for cross training once you excelled in your area

      Cons

      Everything is timed down to the minute. Needed an extra bathroom break from some bad taco bell. They are asking why that trailer took 5 extra minutes.
