      Being able to weld, fabricate and repairing trailers is the best part

      Cons

      Corporate WILL watch and listen through cameras inside and outside, often searching for reasons to write employees up. High turn over rate.

      Pros

      Decent pay if you've been around for a while. The company does provide 5 sessions with a licensed counselor/therapist per year (and you will need it)

      Cons

      Micromanaging at every department Terrible benefits with the health insurance and 401-K Literally feels like it sucks the life out of you.
