I am sad to write that I have been fired due to"having a poor work ethic and not being a team player". Luckily for me, I have a paper trail of evidence that proves I was asking for work, and an office of staff who were privy to me constantly chasing work to do. I have been ill and off with a heavy cold and cough. I was told to stay away as the office is small. If the manager had been honest and said due to me being off they feel they need someone who will be in full time, I'd have been sad but would have accepted this. But lying about me having a poor attitude is disgraceful. This is a personal slur against my excellent character. I have not worked for 12 years in the same job as a manager with a poor attitude, nor have a worked with many residents and solved problems with a work shy attitude. The company may offer good courses, but I do not recommend working for a place that does not hold respectful, honest and truthful values at the forefront of its company in respect of its staff.
