      Pros

      Never been turned down for a vacation request. Occasionally we get bonuses which is a nice perk. We have medical and dental insurance with the option for vision.

      Cons

      Quality management promotes people without education. There are a lot of people under qualified for their roles. Have not had a raise in 3 years and will not be enough to make up for the cost of living when it does come.

      Pros

      If you come to Trans-Matic ready to learn, there are a lot of passionate people ready to engage and teach you.

      Cons

      It’s a small organization so it’s hard to find positions to move up to. Thankfully they are usually willing to move you among departments but growth can be limited.
