      Pros

      They pay you very well. Amazing benefits that cover almost all that you need. The culture is mostly good with some bad apples in every batch.

      Cons

      Tensions in upper management and lower level employees. Competition within different departments. Supervisors (sometimes) seem to babysit you.

      Ok benefits.. Good number of vacations

      Cons

      Used to be good on work life balance but not anymore. Feels more like dictatorship. Management does not listen to employees and force decisions. Not enough pay and many jobs within the company don't pay equally.
