      Pros

      For a role in communications, TransLink’s pay is very competitive. So are the benefits which include a minimum of 3-weeks paid vacation with option to have more. Tuition reimbursement is also a big plus.

      Ok benefits.. Good number of vacations

      Cons

      Used to be good on work life balance but not anymore. Feels more like dictatorship. Management does not listen to employees and force decisions. Not enough pay and many jobs within the company don't pay equally.
