Pros

Couldn't even tell you one positive thing about this company.

Cons

There was absolutely no true leadership. If you're into being constantly watched and pushed, this might sound great on paper. Leadership talks a big game but doesn't follow through, and it shows in how things are run. The ceo keeps a close eye on everyone, even tracking when people log off, which makes the environment feel tense. Work hours are long, and there’s an expectation to stay connected even after the day ends. There’s clear favoritism in how accounts are handed out, and raising concerns doesn’t lead to any real change. Benefits are weak, time off is limited, and there’s no flexibility. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to read the reviews carefully and think twice.

Pros

Ample of openings in each department. Onboarding and training was seamless. Speedy interview process. Occasional beer drop on FRI to celebrate wins. Annual company holiday parties Fast track your way to commission within 1-2 months.

Cons

Culture is not centered around the most important asset - people. Profit over people. No WFH culture Non transparent with commission payout - no ledgers, dashboards, timelines available. Your biggest check will be the one you receive after resignation. Micromanagement culture. 7am-5pm with no lunch breaks and you will be told to stay after your shift which is clear violation of IL labor laws. Benefits are low tier w/ little to no subsidies from the company.
