Unorganized at times, projects get forgotten about, was told i'd be brought on as a salary worker but that never happened.

Benefits and PTO culture. They are very flexible with the way they handle things as it is a small knit group.

Extremely unorganized and basically had no orientation or instructions on how to get the job done. Upper management would never answer the right questions and would provide no guidance but expect the job to be done. Does not have any proper methods of doing research or analysis even when the role is heavily based on that.
