Pros
Very fast working environment, with the opportunity to learn a lot, and advance quickly. They are working on some pretty cool stuff to change a tired industry.
Cons
It is what I'd consider a meritocracy, and can be cut-throat at times. If change and pressure is not in your wheelhouse, it may not be a fit.
