      Pros

      Strategic location, hybrid setting (2x wfh), nice coworkers, decent allowance for intern

      Cons

      They said the intern would get exposure to the full e-commerce business pipeline, so I had pretty high expectations. But most of the work ended up being repetitive admin tasks, and when I asked about more technical stuff, they said it was confidential.

      Pros

      One of the e-commerce enablers in Jakarta. Their working mechanism was still hybrid, 3 days working from home and 2 days working from the office. The location is strategic.

      Less appreciation for overtime and no bonus when you achieved the target sales
