      Pros

      There are no pros to working here. The environment is toxic your hard work is never appreciated or valued. The customer service team lacks authenticity, and upper management is completely disconnected. They have no idea how to effectively run the department. Micromanagement is out of control. Avoid this place at all costs NEVER WORK HERE!!!

      Cons

      If there was a 0 star I would give one. TOXIC MICROMANAGEMENT, THERE’S NO WAY TO MOVE UP. The managers are unprofessional and the environment is full of fake, disrespectful people. There’s no recognition for your hard work just negativity and bad attitudes all around.

      Transformer Table is a growing company. With growth comes many challenges, including changes and opportunities. We are not afraid of trying new things to get better results.

      Cons

      As a company that sells goods online, we are not exempt from the worldwide prime material shortage. We also have to deal with shipment delays and manage our customers' expectations, which isn't always a walk in the park.
