      Pros

      Had a great time, thought the problems they are addressing are really important ones. I felt like what I was building mattered and had a real use in the world. Had the freedom to work on my own hours (except for check-ins). Cool people. Small team.

      Cons

      Aggressive timelines. Not enough middle-management staff.
