      Pros

      This company is focused on both their growth in the automotive market and of the employees. I've had a great experience, specially considering that they make coworkers company wide feel part of the "family".

      Cons

      Being a smaller company, moving up internaly may take some time. Also, they seem to operate under a tight budget.

      One of the best managed business on the south shore of Quebec city.

      Cons

      Salaries tend to be on the lower side, but signs of willingness for improvement shown recently.
