Pros
Flexibility in scheduling, sign-on bonus, holiday pay. Other benefits are for full-time employees, opportunity for further advancement. HR (located elsewhere) were professional and thorough during hiring process.
Cons
The clients are amazing good human beings that had tremendous amounts of grief about how the place was operated by acting supervisor. Several f/t counselors unhappy with environment, time clock abuse by "floating" resident counselors, supervising counselor exhibited bias. Clients were talked down to or penalized for punitive issues.
