      -ambiente giovanile, informale e collaborativo -persone fantastiche -gli uffici sono in realtà delle ville con palestra, piscina, spazi all'aperto per le pause -dipende dal team, ma in generale si tende a dare fiducia alle persone affinché possano lavorare in maniera indipendente e autonoma

      Cons

      -poca flessibilità in termini di lavoro da remoto -percorsi di crescita non chiari e difficoltà ad avere un aumento di stipendio -carico di lavoro molto intenso -pochi corsi di aggiornamento, carente la formazione

      Responsiveness of employees? Not many pros to working here as a contractor.

      Cons

      This is a legit company based in Europe (I think), but all of the different projects they engage you on are so confusing, the emails/Uber accounts never work, and troubleshooting is so impossible that the project ends before you can figure it out.
