Pros
Working with responsible people. Sharing knowledge of the transport network. Good office support while out the network.
Cons
Not enough regular hours. Only called up for holiday projects and marketing promotions. Having to travel to shifts on public transport and not getting paid for that. Not being paid for necessary communication work, for example getting up to speed with each promotion before starting shift etc.
