      You get the priviledge of translating interesting content like Wuxia novels pr Chinese manga at slave wages.

      Cons

      The company is a totally disorganized disaster of mismanagement that will do everything in its power to avoid paying you. And on top that, project managers have a terrible habit of insulting the translators.

      Pros

      Lots of available work. They did pay, though I am waiting for my last few payments.

      Cons

      Ridiculous demands. I think some of their clients can be very ignorant, unfair and they have no clue how to manage them. I also agree with some reviewers that their project managers can be quite rude.
