Good Benefits, good pay especially for entry/mid level positions
Cons
No opportunities for advancement. Corporate culture taken to the next level. Smart people with no experience. Very weak middle management. Company values are ignored by management - a lot of hypocrisy. Facts are labeled as negativity. Incompetent shoe shining employees are more likely to get a title/pay grade change.
